APPOINTMENT OF NEW INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, RBA is proud to
announce the appointment of Mr Mark Thompson as independent non-executive director with immediate
effect.
Mr Thompson is both a qualified Lawyer and a Chartered Accountant. He recently retired as Chief
Financial Officer of Sappi Limited where he worked for 13 years. He previously worked for Anglo
American and a small bank controlled by Anglo American and De Beers. He has served on the Board
of Alex White Holdings where he chaired the Audit Committee.
