REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the 46th (forty-sixth) annual general meeting of the
shareholders of Rainbow Chicken Limited held today, 20 November
2012, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the
meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
Any special resolutions required to be lodged for registration
with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission will be
lodged in due course.
