Shareholders are advised that Steinhoff`s 2012 Integrated
Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2012, was
dispatched to shareholders on Friday, 9 November 2012.
It is further confirmed that the notice convening the annual
general meeting was sent to shareholders on Monday, 5 November
2012. The meeting will still take place on Monday, 3 December
2012 at the Company`s registered office, 28 Sixth Street,
Wynberg, Sandton at 10:00.
