CONVERSION OF SECURITIES TO RIN LINKED UNITS
Linked unitholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 31 August 2012 and 2 October 2012
related to the pro rata offer of up to 218 141 257 new RIN linked units which were issued in the form of convertible
securities under the JSE share code: RINC and ISIN code: ZAE000170262 (the “convertible securities”).
Linked unitholders are reminded that these convertible securities will delist and convert to new RIN linked units
(under the JSE share code: RIN and ISIN code: ZAE000149282) on Monday, 3 December 2012.
The last day to trade the convertible securities will be Friday, 23 November 2012 and the listing of such convertible
securities will be suspended with effect from Monday, 26 November 2012. The record date for the convertible
securities is Friday, 30 November 2012. Trading in new RIN linked units commences on Monday, 26 November 2012.
