Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 19
October 2012, which referred to discussions which, if successful,
could have a material impact on the Company’s share price.
Shareholders are advised that these discussions have been
terminated. Accordingly caution is no longer required to be
exercised by shareholders when dealing in their Mvelaserve
securities.
