Unitholders of Fountainhead are hereby advised that the Registrar of
Collective Investment Schemes has approved the appointment of
Firstrand Bank Limited (Registration number: 1929/001225/06)
(“Firstrand Bank”) as trustee to Fountainhead with effective from 16
November 2012. Firstrand Bank replaces ABSA Bank Limited
(Registration number: 1986/004794/06) (“ABSA Bank”) as trustee.
Fountainhead would like to thank ABSA Bank for its services during its
tenure as trustee and further welcomes the appointment of Firstrand
Bank as the new trustee of Fountainhead.
