REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the 25th (twenty fifth) annual general meeting of the
shareholders of RMB Holdings held on 23 November 2012, all of the
ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the meeting were
approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolutions will be filed with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
