CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, the board of directors of Mvelaserve ("the
board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr OA Mabandla has
resigned as a non-executive director of the company with effect
from 23 November 2012 to pursue other business interests. The
board thanks him for his contribution to the company and wishes
him well in his future endeavours.
