DISCLOSURE OF SHARE TRANSACTION
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of
2008 (the “Act”) and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listing
Requirements, holders of ordinary shares in the Company are
advised that Regarding Capital Management Proprietary Limited,
acting on behalf of its clients, has acquired a beneficial
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company thereby increasing
its beneficial interest in the Company to 22.25% of the total
number of ordinary shares in issue.
The Company hereby confirms that it has received the required
notice in terms of section 122(1) of the Act and has filed the
notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
