TRP121: Notification of acquisitions of beneficial interests in Ceramic
shares
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of
2008, as amended, (“Act”) and regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act
Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that Ceramic has received
the following notifications:
- the acquisition by Italtile Limited (“Italtile”) on 23 November
2012 of 4 058 566 Ceramic shares, such that Italtile’s total
beneficial interest in the Company on the day increased from 0.0%
to 20.0% of the issued share capital of the Company; and
- the acquisition by Rallen Proprietary Limited (“Rallen”) on 23
November 2012 of 1 439 266 Ceramic shares, such that Rallen’s total
beneficial interest in the Company on the day increased from 54.95%
to 62.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
