Results of the Annual General Meeting
Shareholders of Metrofile (“Shareholders”) are advised that at the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders held yesterday (the “Annual General Meeting”), all the ordinary and special
resolutions as set out in the notice of Annual General Meeting dated 23 October 2012, were
approved by the requisite majority of Shareholders present or represented by proxy.
The special resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting will be filed with, and registered
where required, by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.
