In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of
2008 and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are hereby advised that Eqstra has received formal
notification in the prescribed form on 28 November 2012 that
Investec, on behalf of segregated clients, has disposed of an
interest in the securities of the Company, such that the total
interest in the securities of the Company held by Investec on behalf
of segregated clients has decreased to 14.86% of the total issued
share capital of the Company from 15.46%.
