The directors of Invicta are pleased to announce that 7 500 000 Preference Shares were successfully listed on the JSE Limited today, after a private placement by Invicta to qualifying investors, at a subscription price of R100 per Preference Share ("Private Placement"), for an aggregate subscription price of R750 000 000.
The Private Placement was substantially over-subscribed with the Company initially seeking to obtain a minimum of 6 000 000 Preference Shares.
