Implats appoints a new independent non-executive director
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, the Board of Directors of Implats is pleased to announce the appointment of
Alastair Macfarlane as an independent non- executive director of the Company with effect
from 1 December 2012. Alastair brings with him extensive mining experience having worked
in the mining industry since the early 1970’s and has also been appointed as the Chairman
of the Company’s Health, Safety & Environmental Committee (“HSE Committee”). Implats
wishes him well in his new role.
