RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that all the resolutions, save for Ordinary resolution number 10: General
authority to issue ordinary shares for cash which was withdrawn, were passed by the requisite
majority of votes at the annual general meeting held today 29 November 2012.
The special resolutions will, to the extent necessary, be filed with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Commission .
