REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the 16th (sixteenth) annual general meeting of the shareholders
of FirstRand held today, 29 November 2012, all the ordinary and
special resolutions proposed were approved by the requisite
majority of votes.
The special resolution amending FirstRand’s Memorandum of
Incorporation, which is required to be registered, will be lodged
for registration in due course with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Commission.
