TRADING STATEMENT
In compliance with section 3.4 (b) of the JSE Listings
Requirements, companies are required to publish a trading
statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the
financial results for a period to be reported on will be more
than 20% different from those of the previous corresponding
period.
Shareholders are advised that, for the financial year ended
31 August 2012, both headline earnings per share and earnings per
share are expected to be between 45% and 55% lower than in the
previous corresponding period.
This information has not been reviewed or reported on by the
auditors of the company.
The results for the period are being prepared and are expected to
be published on or about 30 November 2012.
