Further cautionary announcement re BEE transaction
Shareholders are referred to the announcements made on 6 September and 19 October
2012, and the previous announcements referred to therein, in which it was inter alia
stated that JSW Energy Natural Resources South Africa (Pty) Limited (JSW), the
majority shareholder of the company, has commenced a formal process to find a
suitable BEE shareholder for SACMH.
Negotiations are still in progress. If JSWs negotiations with one of these parties
are successful, it may have an impact on the price of the companys securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
companys securities.
