RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Linked unitholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 18 September 2012,
2 October 2012 and 1 November 2012 relating to the proposed acquisition by Ascension of a
portfolio of property letting enterprises from Capital Property Fund (“Capital”) and various
subsidiaries of Capital (“the transaction”).
Linked unitholders are advised that at the general meeting of Ascension linked unitholders held
on Friday, 30 November 2012, all of the resolutions relating to the transaction set out in the
notice of general meeting contained in the circular to Ascension linked unitholders dated
1 November 2012, were passed unanimously.
