DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE INP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for INVESTEC PLC and that as a result of the
dividend declaration relating to INVESTEC PLC (INP) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 14 cents per INPNII share instalment that is payable on Friday, 28
December 2012. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No STC credits were utilized.
This results in a net dividend of 11.9 cents per share instalment. The final payment will be rounded
to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 07 December 2012. The Share Instalment will
commence trading ex-dividend from Monday, 10 December 2012. The record date will be Friday, 14
December 2012.
