the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Gregory William
Fury has been appointed as independent non-executive director of
the Company with effect from 1 December 2012.
Mr Fury has 16 years experience in asset management and investment
banking. The board welcomes Greg to the Company and looks forward
to his contribution.
