RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders of the Company are advised that all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the
Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Friday, 30 November 2012, were approved by the
requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolutions, where applicable, as well as the amended Memorandum of Incorporation will be
lodged with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
