RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS REGARDING A PAYMENT TO
SHAREHOLDERS
At the general meeting of shareholders of New Corpcapital on Thursday, 6 October
2005, convened in terms of the notice of general meeting contained in the New
Corpcapital circular to shareholders issued on 20 September 2005, the resolution
granting a specific approval for a payment to be made to shareholders in
reduction of share premium was passed by the requisite majority of New
Corpcapital shareholders.
The payment to shareholders will be implemented in accordance with the timetable
previously announced.
