RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS REGARDING A PAYMENT TO
SHAREHOLDERS
At the general meeting of shareholders of New Corpcapital held on Friday, 1
September 2006, convened in terms of the notice of general meeting contained in
the circular to shareholders of New Corpcapital, issued on 16 August 2006, the
resolution granting a specific approval for a payment to be made to shareholders
in reduction of share premium was passed by 100% of the votes cast by New
Corpcapital shareholders present in person or represented by proxy.
The payment to shareholders will be implemented in accordance with the timetable
previously announced.
