RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of shareholders of New Corpcapital held on
Wednesday, 27 January 2010 (in terms of the notice of annual general meeting
contained in the New Corpcapital annual report issued on 30 November 2009), all
of the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of New Corpcapital
shareholders.
