Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of
importance with regard to the possible distribution by the
STANLIB Exchange Traded Fund (“ETF”) to holders of the STANLIBSX
ETF securities for the quarter ending 31 December 2012.
Last day to trade "cum" distribution Wednesday, 19 December 2012
Securities trade "ex" distribution Thursday, 20 December 2012
Record date Friday, 28 December 2012
No dematerialisation or rematerialisation may take place between
Thursday, 20 December 2012 and Friday, 28 December 2012, both
days inclusive.
Declaration of the amount to be distributed, if any, and the
payment date will be made within 14 (fourteen) business days
after the record date.
