Miranda shareholders are referred to the detailed terms announcement published on SENS
on 28 November 2012 and in the press on 29 November 2012, regarding the capitalisation of
certain outstanding loans through the issue of new ordinary shares of no par value.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the circular, including a notice of a general meeting
has been posted to shareholders today, 3 December 2012. A copy of the circular will also be
available on the Company’s website www.mirandaminerals.com from tomorrow, Tuesday 4
December 2012.
