Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in
regard to a possible quarterly distribution to holders of PropTrax SAPY
securities, for the quarter ending 31 December 2012.

Last day to trade "CUM" distribution: Wednesday, 19 December
Securities trade "EX" distribution: Thursday, 20 December
Record date: Friday, 28 December
Declaration of the amount to be distributed (if any) and the payment
date will be made within 14 business days after the record date.
