CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE Listings
Requirements”), notification is hereby given that Mr.
Richard Julian Hoption (“Richard”) has resigned as an
executive director with effect from 30 November 2012.
Richard will nevertheless remain employed by GPI in its
top management.
The board wishes to thank Richard for his contributions
to the board and company during his tenure as an
executive director and is pleased that his knowledge and
skills will be retained in the Group.
