RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr Kim Macilwaine has resigned as a non-executive director of the
Company with immediate effect to enable him to fulfil his other
extensive business commitments. Mr Macilwaine has been a Board
Member since March 2009.
The Board Members thank Mr Macilwaine for his valuable
contribution to the Board and wish him the very best in the
future.
