REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND RETIREMENT
OF DIRECTOR
At the thirteenth annual general meeting of the company held
today, ordinary resolutions 1 to 6 and special resolutions 1
to 3 were passed.
As per the notice of annual general meeting, with effect from
4 December 2012, Mr Vhonani Mufamadi retired from the Board of
Directors (“the Board”) as a non-executive director. Due to
his pressing work commitments, Mr Mufamadi did not offer
himself for re-election. The Board wishes to thank Mr Mufamadi
for the valuable contribution he has made over the years.
