Shareholders are advised that the special resolutions approving
the change of the Company’s name from Discovery Holdings Limited
to Discovery Limited and the adoption of the Company’s Memorandum
of Incorporation were passed by the requisite majority of votes at
the general meeting held today.
The special resolutions will be lodged with the Companies and
Intellectual Properties Commission in due course.
