Firestone Energy Limited (ASX/JSE: FSE) (the “Company” or “FSE”) wishes to advise that the
announcement made by the Company on 28 November 2012 regarding the appointment of
Mr Hillier and Mr Kartun as Directors of the Company was made in error.
Mr Hillier and Mr Kartun’s appointment will only take effect once completion has occurred under
the Firestone and Ariona Company SA Investment Agreement.
