RESIGNATION OF DESIGNATED ADVISOR
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of the 4th of December 2012 announcing the
resignation of Exchange Sponsors as Designated Advisors.. The reason for the resignation is based
on a disagreement between Zaptronix and Exchange Sponsors on fees payable to the Designated
Advisors.
Shareholders are further advised that Zaptronix will appoint a replacement Designated Advisor by the
19th December 2012 in order to comply with the ongoing listing requirements. Shareholders are
cautioned that failure to do so may result in the suspension of trading in Zaptronix shares. If a
replacement Designated Advisor is not appointed by 19 January 2013 the JSE may terminate the
listing of Zaptronix Ltd.
