Carbon Credit Note Holders (“Holders”) are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Thursday,
22 November 2012 relating to the posting of a circular containing a notice of general meeting for purposes of
amending the definition of the Delivery Date in the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Carbon Credit Notes and
certain ancillary matters (“notice of general meeting”).
Holders are advised that at the general meeting of Holders held at 10:00 on Friday, 7 December 2012, all resolutions
set out in the notice of general meeting were passed by the requisite majorities.
