Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report for the year ended 31 July 2012 was dispatched
to shareholders on 7 December 2012. The audited consolidated financial results contain no material
modifications to the reviewed condensed consolidated financial results for the year ended 31 July 2012 as
published on SENS on 12 September 2012.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of EOH will be held on Tuesday,
5 February 2013 at 11:00 in the boardroom of EOH, Ground Floor, Block D, Gillooly’s View, 1 Osborne
Lane, Bedfordview, 2007 to conduct the business stated in the notice of the annual general meeting, which
is contained in the integrated annual report.
