NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the integrated report which includes
the annual financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2012
will be distributed to shareholders today, 11 December 2012 and
contains no changes to the audited summarised consolidated results
which were published on SENS on 5 November 2012. The integrated

NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
It is also herby confirmed that the ninth annual general meeting
of shareholders will be held at the Fundi Auditorium, Business
Connexion Park North, 789 Sixteenth Road, Randjespark, Midrand on
14 January 2013 at 11:00 to transact the business as stated in the
annual general meeting notice forming part of the integrated
report.
