With reference to the announcement dated 31 October 2012, relating to the issue of shares for cash
to Russellstone Green Investments (Proprietary) Limited (“Russellstone”), shareholders are advised
that Russellstone has become a beneficial owner of 14.7% of Miranda’s shares as a result of the issue
of shares for cash. This notification is made in accordance with section 122 of the Companies Act, No
71 of 2008 and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements.
