APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with rule 3.59 (a) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, the board takes great pleasure in
announcing the appointment of Mr. Ralph Bruce Patmore
(“Ralph”)as an independent non-executive director and chairman
of the audit committee of Erbacon, with immediate effect.
Ralph holds a B. Com degree from the University of the
Witwatersrand and an MBL from Unisa’s School of Business
Leadership.
He co-founded Iliad Africa Limited and was CEO from inception
in 1988 until retirement in 2008. Prior to this Ralph was an
executive director of Group Five Limited.
Ralph holds a number of non-executive director appointments,
including Sentula Mining Limited, Calgro M3 Holdings Limited,
Mustek Limited and ARB Limited.
The board welcomes the appointment of Ralph and looks forward
to his contribution to the Erbacon group.
