Rex Tomlinson has been appointed to the board of directors of the
company as an independent non-executive director with effect from
14 December 2012. Tomlinson is a business advisor whose current
directorships include non-executive chairman of both Umfolozi
Sugar and CIB Insurance Administrators as well as lead independent
non-executive director of Tsogo Sun Holdings Limited. Previously
he was deputy group CEO of Liberty Holdings Limited and held
executive director roles at both Nampak Limited and Illovo Sugar
Limited.
