UPDATE REGARDING ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, ANNUAL
GENERAL MEETING AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the previous announcement released on SENS on
09 November 2012 and are hereby advised that the audited financial statements
for the period ending 31 March 2012 will be posted to shareholders on Tuesday,
18 December 2012 and that the Annual General Meeting will be held on
Thursday, 24 January 2013 at 14:00. The venue for the Annual General Meeting
is the Protea Hotel: Balalaika, 20 Maude Street, Sandown, Sandton.
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 31 October 2012, shareholders
are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
