Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 20 November 2012 is 5.075% p.a (“JIBAR”).
Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 20 February 2013 (*Following), for the period
20 November 2012 to 19 February 2013, will be calculated based on the following rates:
ACL029 9.075% p.a. (400bps over JIBAR)
ACL033 9.325% p.a. (425bps over JIBAR)
ACL036 12.875% p.a. (780bps over JIBAR)
ACL042 8.825% p.a. (375bps over JIBAR)
* When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date shall be
postponed to the next business day.
