RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
At the general meeting of the shareholders of Sabvest held today,
12 December 2012, all the ordinary and special resolutions
proposed at the meeting were unanimously approved by shareholders.
The special resolution relating to the adoption of the Memorandum
of Incorporation will be lodged for registration with the
Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
The Company’s Investment Policy, as approved by the JSE Limited
and Sabvest shareholders, will be posted on its website,
