RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are hereby advised that, with the exception of
Ordinary Resolution number 10 (Authority to place unissued
shares under the directors’ control) and Special Resolution
number 1 (General authority to repurchase shares) which
were both withdrawn, all the remaining special and ordinary
resolutions tabled at the annual general meeting of the
Company held on Wednesday, 12 December 2012, were approved
by the requisite majority of shareholders present in person
or represented by proxy.
