RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 25 May 2012, the subsequent renewal of cautionary
announcements, the last of which was dated 2 November 2012, and the announcement regarding the
liquidation of A Million Up Investments 105 Proprietary Limited (“AMU”) and request for voluntary
suspension of trading dated 27 August 2012, shareholders are advised that QPG is still engaging with its
legal advisers to assess the impact of the liquidation of AMU.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities, until a further announcement is made.
