RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
At the general meeting of shareholders held today, the
resolutions as set out in the notice of general meeting
contained in the circular to shareholders dated 16 November
2012, to authorise the company, through its subsidiary Vunani
Properties Proprietary Limited, to dispose of a maximum of up
to 6 238 415 linked units in Vunani Property Investment Fund
Limited, were duly approved by the requisite majority.
