NOTIFICATION OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN INVESTEC PROPERTY FUND LTD LINKED
UNITS
In accordance with Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Investec Property Fund
hereby confirms that it has received notice in terms of Section 122 of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act
No. 71 of 2008) that:
Investec Limited has disposed of 141 610 167 linked units issued by Investec Property Fund Limited,
to its wholly owned subsidiary, Investec Bank Limited, which is equal to 47.17% of the issued linked
units of Investec Property Fund Limited.
Therefore following the internal restructure by Investec Limited and its subsidiaries (“Investec Limited
Group”), Investec Limited now holds 0% directly, but 52.83% indirectly thought its subsidiaries as
follows:
i) Investec Bank Limited holds 141 610 167 linked units (47.17%)
ii) Investec Employee Benefits Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary in the Investec Limited Group,
holds 17 000 000 linked units (5.66%)
of the entire issued linked units by the Fund (300 220 000 units).
The restructure has not affected the total holding of the beneficial interest in the Fund by the Investec
Limited Group and the voting % held by the Investec Limited Group remains unchanged.
