RESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange, shareholders are advised that Mark Di Nicola, the Group’s Chief Executive Officer
has tendered his resignation with effect from 30 April 2013. Mark will, however, remain on
the Board as a non-executive Director.
The Board and management team wish to express their gratitude to Mark for all his hard
work and dedication to the Group over the past 10 years and wish him well in his pursuit of
family interests.
The company has identified a possible replacement for Mark and an announcement in this
regard will be made in due course.
