Shareholders are informed that Mr Michael Allan has resigned as Chief Executive Officer
("CEO") of BioScience Brands Limited ("BioScience" or “the Company”) with effect from 11
January 2013. His resignation comes at a time when the Company is poised to benefit from
the difficult restructuring and reorganisation effected over the last two years and hence it is
with some reluctance that he departs to pursue further personal career development.
BioScience Chairman, Mr Jonathan Fenster will assume the role of CEO in the interim until a
suitable replacement has been recruited.
