CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of
the JSE Limited, Alert Steels’ shareholders are hereby
notified of the following change to the board of directors:
Wynand Schalekamp has resigned from the Alert Steel board as a
non-executive director, with immediate effect.
The board wishes to thank Mr Schalekamp for the valuable
contribution he had made to the board.
